Inca Trail to Machupicchu

The Inca Trail is the most famous trek in Peru and probably in all South America. During this trip you will have to overcome approximately 43 km (26 miles) by walking. You will have opportunity to discover mysterious stone paths, enigmatic and fantastic archaeological remains made by the Incas. The route lasts 4 days until arriving at the great sanctuary of Machu Picchu. This walk also shows us a combination of beautiful Andean and high jungle landscapes. One of the main differences in comparison to other treks like the Inca jungle, is that this journey demands to camp during 3 nights in 2-person tents, itinerary details here.

During the 2 first days you will admire the sunrise behind the mountains. The last day, having in mind that we will have to walk for a long time to arrive at Machu Picchu as quick as possible, you will have to wake up very early in the morning; around 4 am. Then we will have a healthy breakfast with delicious tea, if you desire the famous coca tea. And start our walk to Machu Picchu.
